Biography: After graduation I started working at McDowell Pharmacy. I got married in 1981 to Mark James, also in the class of 1979. We had our oldest daughter Carrie in 1984 and our youngest daughter Erin in 1993. I worked at the pharmacy until the former pharmacist passed away, then I went to work for Rite Aid for a year and a half. After a new pharmacist decided to open up "McDowell Pharmacy" in April, I quit Rite Aid and went back to my old stomping grounds. I prefer working for an independent pharmacy rather than a chain.
